When are your tours and how do I book?
You can find tour dates by visiting my Tours webpage. Once there, click on the tour you would like book & scroll to the bottom of the page. Under ‘Participants’ choose how many tickets you would like. Then under ‘Calendar’ choose your preferred available date. Finally, click ‘Checkout’ to head to the payment screen.
What happens after I book?
You will receive an automated email with your tickets, alongside a separate email from me with some additional information. During the week prior to your booked tour, I will email you again with final details.
Can I change my booking date?
Yes. Please select a new date from the availability calendar for your booked tour & email that, along with your name and booking reference(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How many people can book onto a tour?
The public Leeds Heritage Beer Tour has a capacity of 10 people, plus 1 guide. The public Leeds Craft Beer Tour and Leeds Craft Cider Tour each have a capacity of 12 people, plus 1 guide. Bookings are available for larger groups. Please see my Private Bookings webpage for more information.
Are there any group discounts?
If you are booking for a group of 6 or more, you can book a private tour where discounts are available. Please visit my Private Bookings webpage for more information.
What is your cancellation policy?

Something has come up and I need to contact you on the day of the tour, how do I do that?
My phone number is included on the emails you receive from me, prior to your tour.
How do I redeem a gift card?
First, choose your preferred available date & time from the availability calendar of the tour that your gift card is for. The calendar can be found by visiting the relevant tour from my Tours webpage. Then, email that information, along with your name and gift card code(s) to email@example.com.
Are children allowed?
All my tours are 18+ only.
Can I bring my pet?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your pet and I will confirm.
